I’ve had this shop work on my car so I shouldn’t have been surprised when they came through like the champs they are. You don’t have to play the waiting game for an appointment like you do with the other shops. I’m told to drop the car off the day when they start in on it. I can be assured they’ll find the problem, correct it AND at a reasonable price! Service is outstanding no other shop can touch it.

Took my 13 jeep compass in because it was making a noise from the wheels he changed the hub gave it back to me with a 4wd and traction control light on that was not on when i brung it while still making the same noise i said fix it, he looked again he said he can’t find the problem i took it to another shop same day and they diagnosed the problems that he couldn’t find “bad hub wheel sensor and a leaking rear differential” they over charge me $390 for a hub and labor but i give you two stars because you have me a $100 back! There diagnostic skills are horrible i wouldn’t go back!

I had a great experience with this shop and would absolutely recommend them. There was initially miscommunication . However, once I brought the issue to their attention, they handled it promptly and professionally and made everything right. Miscommunications can happen anywhere, but the way a business chooses to handle them says a lot. They listened to my concerns, took responsibility, and resolved everything without giving me a hard time. Overall, they were professional, helpful, and clearly care about their customers. I really appreciate how everything was handled, and after this experience, I would happily make them my regular mechanic going forward.

After leaving my previous mechanic, I did a little research because I wanted a new mechanic that was not only reliable and efficient but also cost effective. I came in yesterday and was in and out so quickly! I was also quoted a super reasonable price for my front actuator which I was quoted double the price at other shops! Lila (the front desk) was also super courteous and friendly which I appreciate! They gained new loyal customer!

Walked in today from recommendations from the foxchase Facebook page . And although I didn’t get any work done yet, they were nothing but kind and welcoming . Listened to my problem and even offered to do a complimentary scan on my vehicle . Just off of this interaction I will be back to have the work done on my dodge . Being a woman I was treated with respect and listened to. In this field where mechanics are usually dishonest and try to take advantage they didn’t . I highly recommend universal auto .

Very unprofessional experience. I went in for a brake pad replacement on my Hyundai Sonata, and during the service they damaged my original wheel rims while breaking the wheel lock because the lock key was unavailable. They should have informed me beforehand, explained the risk of damage, and obtained my consent before proceeding. When I raised the issue, my concerns were simply dismissed. I will not be returning.

Went here for my PA State Inspection. Great service, fast, and they answered all questions I had. Would come here again.

I was going to give this place a try, just to get an oil change? He told me the price and I was fine with it. However, he told me drop my car off, I said I will, but I'm going to wait for it. He told me I couldn't wait for my oil change? Why can't I wait...? I've never been here before, but first impressions are everything to me. Thanks for nothing.

I trust them to do a great job and get my car running smoothly, and they always do. I needed an alternator this time. They were able to take care of it in no time. I truly appreciate their hard work and expertise. I would recommend them.

I rally am not good with reviews becuse I am brutally honest , so this is the 3rd time I got the text. Rotate tires 20$ ✅. Head seal 560$ originally quoted by the secretary/ wife . Both are nice people , but this day and age EVERYONE is out to gouge you . I skipped the 450$ price tag on blower motor and I don't think it's broke . I think it needs a new wiring harness . Now I am sure shops have way of checking if part has failed , but never did. . For me if I have to turn 3 bolts and disconnect a wire Barnes and then plug back in I would never charge what is it 100$ labor ? 150? It's a 30 min job by a train mechanic. The part pretty much won't ever exceed 200$ so that felt really gougey after paying them over 2 k $ ... I put a 60$ amazon one in and it does the job. But I am still gonna change the wiring harness to be on the safe side. I guess search around for good deals. 450$ is outrageous for a blower motor on a jeep wrangler. No removal of even glove box. Just 3 bolts/screws a light screw , and re-plug in the wiring. Done ! I would probably suggest taking it there for inspections maybe some break work flat tire I feel like I was overcharged $100 on the seal And I also feel like the blower motor should have been probably around 300. That's 175 for the part but all mechanics double the price of the part and they get it even cheaper than the average Consumer. They wanted a review. I gave them a review. I can barely tell the seal was changed press the price differential one person tells you 520 and then the second person comes out and charges you 560 let's get it right. I would say again, inspections, oil changes, tires, brakes, and inspections. I'm still looking for a fair mechanic if anybody knows any, please drop them in the comment Section, please thank you and thank you for fixing my brake an seal the brake was a faulty wheel speed sensor with a lift it's another 45 min job and tops 50$ part price was over charged I thinkn240$+ expensive for a rear wheel speed sensor.i could have done alll 4. For that price. . I really didn't ant to write a honest review , but 3 text asking for it ? Here it is. Very nice people , just think that people don't research the prices of parts and labor. Any mechanic will tell you that Jeep blower motor replacement is a 3 min job . And MAX 200$ part. Good luck with your cars.oh and they won't post this . No way. . I was done when the women told 520$ for seal and then charged 560 $ it's just an extra 40 stolen really . She gave me the price he gave me the price over the phone . Then charged and extra 40 $ for no reason at all or explain. They don't break down parts , labor on invoice . So they can batter you without having to show where the actual money is going. . Like I would love to see an invoice for blower motor ? 450$ I been trying to work it out . Don't know the hourly rate but that's not a 450 $ job. I did it for 60$ and less than 30 min myself.

I didn’t have a great experience here the second time around. I brought my car in for a screeching noise and was told I needed an alternator and belt replacement, which I paid for, but the issue was never fixed. When I called back for clarification, the shop manager was immediately defensive instead of trying to help resolve the issue. I later took my car elsewhere and found out it only needed a brake service. I was disappointed by both the misdiagnosis and the lack of professionalism in handling my concerns. I hope they improve their customer service moving forward, although that seems unlikely based on how they respond to customer feedback. Appreciate the learning lesson though. Best for your business.

I got my inspection done and the service was great, excellent communication, and very friendly staff. I would definitely recommend.

After replacing the water pump the car was making a whining noise. Took it back and Ronny eventually fixed the problem. With patience on both our parts he fixed the problem to my satisfaction.

The whole experience was great from the call to pick up. I spoke with the receptionist the day before Went over what I was looking for she gave me a price. The next day I dropped off my car first thing in the morning by 3 o’clock I was picking my car back up. I got two new tires front and back brakes. Front rotors new headlights and the price was very reasonable. I’ve already recommended their shop to a friend that used them and felt the same way. Great service reasonable prices.
